More questions????
What I have found in the last 30 years of working in the healing arts is: the quality of the questions I ask are in direct proportion to the quality of life I choose to live.
In the last blog we spoke of what it takes to be as neutral as possible or in a state of coherence to ask questions. How did you do?
Now, I found these questions that Neale Donald Walsh ask of himself to be interesting. Ones that I want to commit to asking more often of myself.
He heard these words: decide, define, delete, deny, demonstrate, determine and delight. Below is how he defined them in his own mind and heart.
Decide: decide who I am. This is the biggest question being asked these days. Who AM I?
Define: what does this mean, what does it take to be that?
Delete: delete words, thoughts, feelings, actions that are not that
Declare: the truth that this is who I am
Deny: any notion that I am not this
Demonstrate: every aspect of Self that is this.
Determine: every moment to remain this
Delight: in seeing this I AM in others!
Let’s all live a wonderful life this year.
