Do you think you have brain in your head, well that is true, but science is telling us even heart has brain! So if there is IQ Intelligence Quotient, then there is another intelligence of the heart, EQ Emotional Quotient. As such if you are head smart (IQ) you can make money and earn false vanity, but if you are heart smart (EQ) you will balance your life and be happier at work, business or in your personal and family relationship. Gradually the world is shifting towards learning Emotional Intelligence, to become more empathetic, loving, caring and be good human being to lead at work and in family creating a sustainable world.
