Trauma impacts us all.
The amount of traumatic energy on this planet is influencing us all at such a deep level in our nervous systems. With all the social media we are exposed to, seeing things on the other side of the planet we never saw before. The wars, famines, poverty, inhumanity all impacting our nervous systems constantly.
Even if we are unaware, turning the media off, these frequencies are still impacting our bodies and minds. We live and breathe in this field. I love the analogy of being a wave in the ocean. Yes we are an individual wave, and yet we live in the vast ocean relating to other waves. We are not separate.
Science is showing how this trauma is impacting our nervous systems and the play out in our politics, education, financial systems, health care systems, etc.
I am grateful to be in a class with Thomas Hubl at this time of shifting to a “new story of humanity”. He says this unresolved trauma in all of us affects our everyday life. We have been born into karma, epigenetic transmission, genocide, slavery and this damage is collective. It is like this big blue pearl we live on has lots of scars and scabs on it. We need to address this consciously and lovingly.
We wonder why humanity is so slow at change? This is why. He says we aren’t related to our environment in ways we could be to heal this. I notice when I walk in nature by whole being aligns, slows down, awareness happens. It is in the slowing down that we can heal.
Marianne Williamson, a teacher of the Course in Miracles, says our original trauma is our belief that we are separate from God/Source/Love/ Creator.
What if we all re-membered who we really are? A magnificent being sent here to love and heal the totality of planet earth???
