Well- being through self-awareness!
Commitment to your well-being through self-awareness could be everyone’s goal for this holiday season! Ask yourself what does well-being and self-awareness mean to me. It is different for everyone.
As we are coming into the holiday season I notice people ramping up, don’t you? I am noticing more advertisements to buy that perfect gift, have that perfect meal, the perfect attire, the perfect place, have you noticed that?
Who even gets to decide what is perfect? The marketers, your friends, family, traditions that may or may not need to be revisited;-)?
Drop into your body now. Become self-aware of the thoughts this topic brings up in your mind. Notice the emotions you are having as you read this. Then notice how your body is responding. I know for many this will be a challenge, make the attempt. Do not judge whatever you notice.
Be with all of it, the thoughts, emotions, sensations. What is that like for you? Then come to your heart and breathe. Make space in yourself. Be grateful that in this moment I am aware of what is really going on inside of me. We all get pulled by the distractions of the world.
Now go to the first paragraph and simply notice any shifts in you. When we make space within, simply noticing mental, emotional, physical patterns we have more power to transform them.
Can you commit to your own well-being this holiday season? For me, when I focus on my own well-being(spirit), I have the ability to access peace, love, compassion for myself and others.
In this state, energetically I am transmitting a different vibration into the field. Love, peace, joy, compassion, kindness.
